KIS Track™ Security

The primary design consideration for KIS Track has always been the security and sanctity of all data. All files, whether being sent to, retrieved from or stored in KIS Track, are protected from unauthorized access.

We employ a combination of standard industry tools, 128 bit encryption, and proprietary data handling methodologies to ensure our clients that their data is safer stored on our servers than in their own local area networks.

We utilize the services and Internet backbones of multiple data center/hosting providers to house our development and operational servers. Their fully redundant power and diesel powered backup systems allowed our users access even during the 2003 summer blackout in NYC.

We also maintain fully redundant sets of "mirrored" data in our geographically dispersed data centers.

All files written to the primary site are instantly written to multiple redundant sites, assuring our clients that their data will be available. All received files are permanently "etched" into Ultra Density Optical (UDO) drives. These files can never be deleted or altered -- a considerable benefit for customers in heavily-regulated industry sectors.

Our system security protocols include the Cisco 501 firewall. Should anyone possibly get through this firewall, a wide variety of BRICKwall™ encryption and authentication solutions are employed throughout the KIS Track system.

Simply, ALL ports are locked down. Please download our security whitepaper - as well as other documents - to learn much more.
